Messaging
By texting Birdie you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from it. Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s charges are between you and your carrier.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Using it sensibly
Birdie is an assistant, not a person, and not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 911.
It is not a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and nothing it says is professional advice.
It can be wrong. Check anything that matters — a time, a deadline, a medication — before relying on it.
Don’t use it to harass anyone, or to contact people who don’t want to hear from you.
You’re responsible for having the right to share the information you give it, including other people’s phone numbers.
Your content
What you tell Birdie stays yours. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use your conversations to train anyone’s AI models.
Availability
We aim to keep Birdie running, but it is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous three months.
Ending it
Reply STOP, or ask us to delete your household, at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used to harm someone.
